We are thrilled to announce this year's Summer Reading Program. The theme is "Tails and Tales." What will this mean to you? Will you learn about animal habitats? Read fairy tales, folk tales, and legends? It's up to you!

Take part in our Summer Reading Programs for little ones (birth-age 5), children (6-12), teens (13-18) and adults (19 and up): Easily track your reading online (see below), and earn prizes for your participation!

Many of our activities will be online through Zoom, or we will have Take-and-Go crafts sets that you can pick up at the library to do at home. Sign up for programs and keep current with any changes through our calendar. But you can still engage with us! We want to know what you are reading, and we encourage you to send us updates and pictures of your activities. Send us an email, tag us on Facebook, or tweet at us using #MillburySR2021. We'll even post some of your responses on our social media or our website!

Beanstack

Track your reading with Beanstack!

Track how much you read this summer by logging your books in a free "Beanstack" account! Simply create an online account in a few easy steps--families can enter the information for each member in a single account.

To earn credit for summer reading, (pre-)register for a program listed within your account. The logging that you do while the program is running will count towards rewards. Keep track of what you read and enter book reviews. When you hit reading milestones or take part in listed activities, you earn prizes! (Once you've earned a prize, call the library and/or come visit us in person to claim your prizes!

Feel good about how much you've read, and take part in a fun, free, community-wide activity! You can also download the Beanstack app: go to your App Store/Google Play Store and search for "Beanstack Tracker." Follow the installation directions to create an account or to log in and input your reading!
